"MPS and Mixed Member Proportional Electoral Systems: Lessons
from New Zealand". 11:30 a.m. SFU Harbour Centre,
515 West Hastings in downtown Vancouver. Dr.
McLeay will also visit the Citizens Assembly on Electoral
Reform on March 6-7.
