Ken Carty on Rafe Mair show

Ken Carty, the Assembly's director of research, is a guest on the Rafe Mair radio show on CKBD AM600, Vancouver. Ken will be on the air live starting at 9:30 a.m., and will explain the new STV electoral system being recommended to the people of B.C. by the Assembly members.
