Ken Carty addresses IPAC

Ken Carty, the Assembly's director of research, will be keynote luncheon speaker at the national conference in Vancouver of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada. Noon, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 655 Burrard in downtown Vancouver. Open to conference delegates and any members of the public who register for the conference via http://www.ipac.ca/2004/index.html. (However, individual tickets are not available for the lunch.)
