Assembly members Gene Quan and Cliff Garbutt speak to the Federation of North Vancouver Community Associations. The meeting will be in the Council committee room at the North Vancouver District Hall, 355 West Queens Road, at 7 p.m. It is open to the public, free, but seating is very limited.
