Ken Carty on radio

Dr. Ken Carty, an expert on world electoral systems and director of research for the Citizens' Assembly, appears on the Rafe Mair show on 600AM radio, Vancouver. The segment starts at 10:04 a.m. and runs until 10:30.  Dr. Carty was the leader of the Assembly members "Learning Phase" in January-March, during which they studied electoral systems from numerous countries.
