Visiting expert speaker

David Farrell of the University of Manchester, England, speaks on "Voter Satisfaction and Electoral Systems: Does Preferential Voting in Candidate-Centred Systems Make a Difference?" 1 p.m., Buchanan Building Penthouse, UBC campus.   Dr. Farrell is author of the textbook used by the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform and will visit the Assembly March 6-7.
