Fifth deliberation weekend (Day One)Meeting - November 13th, 2004

Assembly members begin the fifth weekend of their "Deliberation
Phase", leading to a final report that must be produced by December
15. Meetings take place at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue,
580 West Hastings Street, Vancouver. The agenda today runs from 9
a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
