The Premier should be elected separately from MLAs, and elected
in a province-wide vote.
Either: Change the electoral boundaries for the election of MLAs to
be city wide, having 1 MLA per city. Because some
cities have such a small population, an MLA may represent more than
1 city. So, the city of Vancouver would have 1 MLA, and other less
populated areas, like the Shuswap, would stay the same.
Or: Just keep the electoral boundaries for MLAs the same, as
long as the Premier is elected across the Province.
Get rid of the Lieutenant Governor.
And get rid of the political party system, for an elected
independent system, that is, no more Liberals or NDP.
Political parties are part of the problem, and PR will only give
them more power.
