I truly hope that the Assembly will properly fulfill its mandate and recommend what the public wants, not what some individuals who are putting their own thinking above that of us. [1 page]

I am extremely alarmed that the Citizens' Assembly is apparently being perverted by a group of people who have apparently not listened to the citizens' submissions and are instead trying to steer the Committee report to advocate a poorly-conceived and rare form of voting known as STV. I truly hope that the Assembly will properly fulfill its mandate and recommend what the public wants, not what some individuals who are putting their own thinking above that of us.
