Abstract
Any referendum question which results from the deliberations of the Citizens' Assembly should provide multiple choices.  Complex voting procedures may require electronic voting with a potential for fraud (links to articles on the web). [1 page]

Submission Content
The referendum question to be provided by the Citizens' Assembly should be a multiple choice one in which the voters can select or rank their preference for the ones they would want to use. The method for counting the referundum votes should be established beforehand and made public.

Also any new electoral system(s) proposed must pay attention to the potential for electoral fraud since in all likelihood the next election, if it is more complex than the current one, will be counted using electronic voting machines.

"2004 Presidential election was offered for sale on E-bay. Asking bid was $99,999,999.99." - 2003 August 18.
