In considering Proportional Representation please look at MMP over STV as it is so complicated that the voters are likely to reject us having a change in our electoral system altogether. Please don't waste this opportunity we have had here. If it turns out that the system you chose turns off the voters I, for one, will be hugely disappointed in you.
