Abstract
The Mixed Member Proportional [MMP] electoral system used in New Zealand gives constituents a local choice as well as a party choice and would be the most appropriate model to reflect the diversity of opinion in the BC Legislature. [1 page]

Submission Content
I support a form of proporational representation for British Columbia similar to the model used in New Zealand called Mixed Member Proportional Representation [MMP]. This model gives constituents a local choice as well as a party choice and would be the most appropriate model to reflect the diversity of opinion in the BC Legislature.

Using this model I would support lowering the number of seats to 72 and having the constituency seats match the new federal electoral boundaries.
