In view of the strong public support for the New Zealand system [MMP], I hope you will come down strongly in favour of it. Supporters of STV seem to be greatly over-represented among the final 9 making presentations. [1 page]

In view of the strong public support for the New Zealand system [MMP], I hope you will come down strongly in favour of it. Supporters of STV seem to be greatly over-represented among the final 9 making presentations. STV is extremely confusing, doesn't necessarily lead to proportional representation and has not been widely and successfully used elsewhere.
