I favour a MMP [Mixed Member Proportional] system based on a percentage of the popular vote. Making voting compulsory would ensure a broader support and increase personal accountibility. [1 page]

I favour a MMP [Mixed Member Proportional] system based on a percentage of the popular vote. Making voting compulsory would ensure a broader support and increase personal accountibility. Our current democratically elected dictatorship is controversial and open to corruption. Party discipline currently prevents members from voting with the views of their constituents.
