First, my heartiest congratulations and thanks for your commitment
and work to date.
I support any system which will provide an electoral framework
allowing for a more balanced voice in our legislature. This, I see
as the most important point. The MMP appears to do that provided
there is a minimum percentage (say 5%) of the vote going to the
party seats. This would begin to address some of the other issues
in our province which have stifled voter participation and created
the pendulum swing we experience every three to five years.
