Abstract
|
I would like to see an electoral system that provides a
government which is more representative of the popular vote while
at the same time ensuring some stability in government. It is my
understanding that MMP will achieve this. [1 page]

I encourage the Assembly to look at reforms that will increase
the participation of women in government. I would like to see an
electoral system that provides a government which is more
representative of the popular vote while at the same time ensuring
some stability in government. It is my understanding that MMP has
proven to be the most effective system for addressing these
concerns.
