Thank you for taking the time to determine if and how our democracy
can ethically and productively evolve.
I fully support putting the option of Mixed Member Proportional
Representation (MMP) out to the public for formal debate and
polling consideration.
MMP has a number of exciting transformational traits most
excitingly is its ability to influence higher voter turn out. It
seems possible that MMP can help our social demographics be more
accurately represented in the provincial legislature.
Opening public policy and public office up to a broader range of
party voices and qualified individuals can possibly help us
re-create a more equal, sustainable and peaceful community.
