Abstract
|
We should have a proportional representation
[PR] electoral system to provide a range of
views in parliament. There is something wrong with our present
system when with 56% of the vote, all but 2 seats are taken by one
party. [1 page]

I value a stable governing process with long range planning done
in a cost effective, efficient manner. This needs to include checks
and balances so that power cannot corrupt.
I fervently hope that we will move to a proportional representation
[PR] electoral system to provide more
encompassing views in parliament. There is something wrong with our
present system when with 56% of the vote, all but 2 seats are taken
by one party.
Please put forward the question for referendum.
