I agree in principle to the proposals for representation
by proportional vote [PR]. Time after time, I have voted
for a party that has never formed a government nor the official
opposition, federally or provincially. [1 page]

I agree in principle to the proposals for representation
by proportional vote [PR]. Time after time, I have voted
for a party that has never formed a government nor the official
opposition, federally or provincially. Each time, I feel that my
vote has not counted, because the party for which I voted has
received up to 12% of the popular vote, but has never represented
that proportion in the government. Please do whatever you can to
change the electoral system.
