We already have a Citizens Assembly. The Citizens' Assembly of BC is online. Most BC citizens use the Internet. Therefore all the Legislature has to do is to have each MLA contribute to an online discussion group and the 79 constituencies can decide directly through their MLAs what kind of democratic society they want.
