DON PHILLIPS hopes the Assembly will be a learning forum on electoral systems, not only for himself, but for all B.C. citizens. "A study of our current (voting) model is long overdue. It needs to be revisited with the idea it may need to be revised," says Don. Born in Cowansville, Quebec, he has lived in B.C. for 33 years. Don and his wife live in Maple Ridge and have grown children. He is a senior technical specialist in computer software. His hobbies include photography, wildlife appreciation, classic cars and home renovation.
