F. W. Zens
F.W. ZENS, of Port Alberni, is a full-time dentist and a
part-time farmer. He reads five newspapers a day and figures he's
still got time to work on electoral reform. "I have to give the
politicians a big hug," says Fritz. "They have given the citizens
the power to change something. I just can't believe this has
happened and that I can be a part of this - something that is
non-partisan and independent." Born in Dessau, Germany, Fritz came
to B.C. in 1964 to practise dentistry after gaining his education
in Manitoba. He is married, has three grown children and three
grandchildren. Aside from his family, his big interests are farming
and politics
