STV workshop at UVic

Assembly members Wendy Bergerud and Diana Byford take part in a workshop on "To STV or not to STV", arranged by the Environmental Law Centre at the University of Victoria. It will include a mock election using STV. The event begins at noon in the Fraser Building, Room 152, at UVic. It's open to the public; admission free.
