Who will teach Assembly members about different voting systems?

The Assembly's Chief Research Officer and the Associate Research Officer are prominent political scientists: Dr. Ken Carty and Dr. Campbell Sharman. They will design and lead the learning elements of the Assembly. External advisors who have experience with other types of voting systems will also be involved in the learning phase. The teaching will be done in a neutral and objective manner.
