Can I volunteer to be a member?

In order to preserve the integrity of the member-selection process, only those people who were randomly selected from the voters list and attended a selection meeting may serve in the Citizens’ Assembly. This process was designed to attain:

A selection process that was fair and unbiased;
A Citizens’ Assembly that is representative of all British Columbians; and
A reflection of the gender, age and geographical make-up of the province.
