Citizens' Assembly Member Profile

RON WALBERG was born in Prince Rupert but moved with his family to the Lower Mainland when he was young. He has been married for 25 years to Irene and they have four sons aged 17 – 22. He’s a lead hand and charge hand at Kal Tire’s retread shop in Coquitlam, and has worked for them for 20 years. He's a member of the Nisga'a nation, and is into golf, tennis and woodworking. Ron watches politics closely, following government affairs in the newspapers each day.
