Citizens' Assembly Member Profile

JILL REILLY is a part-time graduate student in urban studies at Simon Fraser University. She had just finished a paper on reform at the civic level when she was selected to sit on the Assembly.  “I hope to learn a lot more and see if we can improve the system,” says Jill.  Born in Winnipeg, Jill has lived in B.C. since 1991.  She resides in Vancouver, is married and has two boys, ages four and six.  Jill also works as residuals administrator for the Union of B.C. Performers.  She is on the parent advisory council of Carnarvon Community School.  Her interests include cycling, hiking, travel, music and reading.
