FRANKIE KIRBY was born in Portsmouth, England and has lived in
B.C. since 1972. She lives in Vancouver and has a daughter, age 15.
Frankie is a key account officer for Translink where, among other
things, she works on a commuting options program for employers and
employees to find alternatives to single occupancy vehicles.
Frankie says she is concerned about voting apathy and hopes the
Assembly will be able to find a system that would excite people.
"But if, at the end of the day, the current system is the best, so
be it." Frankie enjoys playing tennis, reading, walking and playing
