Citizens' Assembly Member Profile

ALLAN FLEMONS is in his 27th year teaching with the Langley School District, currently at D.W. Poppy Secondary School.  Born in Vancouver, Allan has lived in B.C. all his life and currently lives in New Westminster.  He is married and has two daughters, ages 10 and 12.  Allan says he has always voted because he values democracy and is excited to be part of a process that may improve the voting system in B.C.  Allan has been a coach for six years with the Royal City Soccer Association and a member of the Kelvin Residence Neighbourhood Association.  He describes his family as Canucks fans and says the family enjoys sports, hiking, biking and swimming together.
