Ann Davis
ANN DAVIS says she's concerned that fewer and fewer citizens
bother voting and hopes that by looking at other systems, the
Assembly may find one that would encourage voting. Ann, who
currently lives in Vernon, was born in Grimsby, England, but has
lived in B.C. since 1960. Now retired, she was Okanagan - Thompson
regional coordinator for the Ministry of Women's Equality until she
left in 1995. Ann is currently vice president of the Vernon Film
Society, a volunteer with the Vernon Performing Arts Centre and a
volunteer at the Allan Brookes Nature Centre. She belongs to a book
club and a naturalists' club and enjoys travelling abroad
