I've lived in BC since 1939, and I've wasted every vote because
my man never got elected. I am strongly in favour of a
Mixed Member Proportional Representation system.
My main concerns are:

I believe British Columbia needs representation from all parties
who can achieve at least five percent of the popular vote. My
conclusion is that this can best be achieved using the Mixed Member
Pro Rep system.

I am not concerned about the necessary change in the
size of constituencies necessary to implement the Mixed Member Pro
Rep system.
