Abstract
I clearly recognize the need for a change to a more representative form of electing our officials and trying to bring some meaningful change to an unfortunately somewhat antiquated, entrenched, and ailing political system. [1 page]

Submission Content
While I must profess to not having the best understanding of the proposed reform (politics have always been somewhat of a muddle for me) I do clearly recognize the need for a change to a more representative form of electing our officials, having been forced to witness the recent fiasco of BC's premier Gordon Campbell crowing on about "an overwhelming mandate from the people" when the numbers show that it is because of the limitations of our voting system that such a disproportional number of Liberals ended up with seats, and as such was not an honest expression of the will of the people.

It is my sincere wish that this brief submission will in some way help to provide the necessary insight required by those who are faced with the daunting task of trying to bring some meaningful change to an unfortunately somewhat antiquated, entrenched, and ailing political system.
