The MMP electoral system is a better alternative to the present

I hope the Citizen's Assembly will consider the MMP [mixed
member proportional] electoral system as a better alternative to
the present system than STV [the single transferable
vote], which is a complex system that requires you to rank a bunch
of candidates as to your first, second, third, and subsequent
choice. Also, your second and third choices are weighed using a
complex formula that requires a computer to count the ballots and
find out who wins.
