Abstract
I strongly feel that a Mixed Member Proportional [MMP] system would be the closest thing to a fair voting system for BC, even though some of the ridings would have to be enlarged by as much as 50%. [1 page]

Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion on theis topic. I strongly feel that a Mixed Member Proportional system would be the closest thing to a fair voting system for BC. Even though some of the ridings would have to be enlarged by as much as 50%, I still feel that MMP would give voters the best opportunity to have truly democratic input into selecting a government. The current system, to put it bluntly, sucks. I often end up voting against a party, as opposed to electing someone that I really feel would represent my views. I have read some of the material that has been circulating over the past few months, outlining the different options under consideration, and it seems that MMP, while not perfect, is the most manageable, and the most democratic. So there you have it; my input. Thanks again for providing the chance to be heard.
