Abstract
Currently there are many citizens who are disenfranchised because they are not represented in government. The current system needs to be revised and I believe that the most effective and fair system is MPP. [1 page]

Please consider a mixed proportional representation form of elections. Currently there are many citizens who are disenfranchised because they are not represented in government. This leads to voter apathy, as well as a democratic deficit. The current system needs to be revised and I believe that the most effective and fair system is MPP.
