Submission Content
Under our Charter of Rights and as a BC citizen, BC's Constitution must change to reflect the wishes of its citizens such as freely allowing BC's citizens the opportunity to form and assemble a "Loyal Opposition". With such "Loyal Opposition" status given to the second place party (under our FPTP system) requires the governing party's allocation of appropriate funding so BC's "Loyal Opposition" can successfully operate. Any such change(s) to BC's Constitution must also take into account that "Loyal Opposition" be granted to the second place party regardless of the size or number of seats it holds in BC's Legislature.
