Abstract

If BC is to abandon the first past the post electoral system,
then some form of MMP must be adopted province wide. Using
different methods depending on whether the riding was urban or
rural (STV) must be rejected. [1 page]

then some form of MMP must be adopted province wide. The mixed
approach being proposed which would see different methods used
depending whether the riding was urban or rural (STV) reflects the
conservative bias of those proposing it and it must be
rejected.
