I am not so concerned with how we vote; people who have money are always able to run. Active lobbyists (sometimes paid) get their way. Instead we could have a web site that could host anyone who chooses to run. The public can get to know those candidates and debate with them on line in an open forum. Public facilities can be used for those not able to get on line to use the internet for this type of debate. The voting method can be worked using whatever is fair.
