Although my idea of an electornic parliament does not deal
directly with the topic of electoral reform, the linked
website [see below] is a study espousing a
new democratic system which makes Citizens' Assemblies a permanent
feature and thus establish a truly particpatory democracy.
I think that some of your members will find the idea of an
"Electronic Parliament" interesting and worthy of discussion. Would
you be kind enough to bring my Web site to the attention of the
