Abstract
I would like to see a seperate vote for our MLAs and the Premier. I may want to vote for one person for Premier but I may want someone else for my MLA -- similar to the American system I suppose. [1 page]

Fixed election dates - pick a date and stick with it. The other change I would like to see is seperate votes for our MLA and Premier. I may want to vote for one person for Premier but I may want someone else for my MLA. Similar to the American system I suppose.
